Users of this website, purchasers and viewers of any artworks or prints by Wendy Sabine or by Ray Sabine are reminded that all images are protected by Artist's Copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, photographed, downloaded or any other similar action, other than with the express written agreement of the artist.

 

Items available from stock will normally be dispatched within  3 working days of payment being cleared. 

Full payment for commissioned items is not required until completion of painting, although a deposit of 20% of the full purchase price will be requested.  Dispatch of the completed painting will follow within 3 working days of payment being cleared.

 

All items are delivered via Post Office Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce or courier depending on the size and weight of the package. Purchasers will be informed when items have been dispatched.  Items are insured by the Courtyard Studio (Studio at Oakwood) during carriage and post and packing costs relating to delivery are paid for by the Courtyard Studio (Studio at Oakwood)
 

Items may be returned at sender's expense within 14 days of receipt for a full purchase price refund or replacement as required.  If any items arrive damaged in transit, the Courtyard Studio (Studio at Oakwood)  should be notified immediately and the item returned as then agreed with the Courtyard Studio.  All painted jewellery items are guaranteed against faulty materials and/or workmanship for one year provided the owner takes normal and reasonable care to protect the work of art, notably regarding exposure to fluids, including perfumes, deodorants, sprays and any other cosmetics, and areas of high humidity including showers and baths.

Client privacy is maintained at all times.  Immediately payment is cleared, any documentation or record relating to payment including card details, etc will be destroyed.  No information or data relating to the client will be passed on to any third party.
