Items available from stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being cleared.  Payment for commissioned items is not required until completion of painting:  dispatch follows within 48 hours of payment being cleared.

All items are delivered via post office special delivery or, for larger items, next day delivery via carrier.  Items are insured by the Courtyard Studio during carriage.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full purchase price refund or replacement as required.  If any items arrive damaged in transit, the Courtyard Studio should be notified immediately and the item returned as agreed with the Courtyard Studio.  All painted jewellery items are guaranteed against faulty materials and/or workmanship for one year provided the owner takes normal and reasonable care to protect the work of art, notably regarding exposure to fluids and areas of high humidity.

Customer service contact is via the "contact the artist" facility on the website or by phone using the contact number also given on the website contact page.

Client privacy is maintained at all times.  Immediately payment is cleared, any documentation or record relating to payment including card details, etc will be destroyed.  No information or data relating to the client will be passed on to any third party.
